We operate a global network of facilities, including a range of level one shops, and staff are available and on call 24/7. As soon as an operator reports a damaged engine, our dedicated and highly qualified teams are ready to move. Our customer service team organizes the event, including all technical, logistical and customs handling.
Services range from borescope inspections to top case repairs and even entire module replacements on the widest portfolio of engines worldwide, from the CF34 right up to the GE90. Your engine needs replacing? No problem: MTU can have one ready at short notice, and the same goes for our team who can provide comprehensive additional services as soon as called upon.
Whenever possible, we carry out repairs on-wing or at the customer’s site. This reduces downtime as well as total cost. It also extends the on-wing times of our customers’ engines. If the repair is more extensive, we facilitate a hospital shop visit at one of our dedicated ON-SITEPlus workshops. True to our maxim, we are not satisfied until we find the best solution for our customers.
