The Lightweight Self-Erecting Gantry brings the gantry to the engines for complete shop maintenance. With a handful of operators, a minimal clear and level surface area, a manlift or ladder, and its integrated hydraulic pumps, the gantry can be erected or dismantled within a short period. When erected, its caster-mounted design allows for smooth manual movement along tracks, providing safe and efficient engine unloading from and loading onto engine stands. Overhead hoist rails laterally adjust to firmly support varying engine models, including fan cases up to 120″ in diameter.
