8tree, a global leader in 3D surface inspection technology, is proud to announce the continued adoption and expansion of its dentCHECK® tooling within British Airways’ maintenance operations.
As a long-time user of dentCHECK since 2017, British Airways employs the technology across both line and base maintenance to accelerate and standardize damage inspection and reporting. In 2025, the airline is further expanding its digital inspection capability with three additional dentCHECK tools — one at Glasgow, supporting base maintenance at its narrow-body facility, and two at London Heathrow, serving both line and base maintenance. This expansion underscores British Airways’ continued commitment to operational excellence, safety, and innovation.
British Airways’ adoption of dentCHECK aligns with its broader strategy to digitize and optimize MRO processes, enabling faster decision-making and improved inspection traceability across its engineering network.
